Introducing: The Evergreen Method
Years of successes and failures culminating into something beautiful.
As part of my personal revival, I’ve been quietly working on a new project behind the scenes. Well, two projects, actually, but one is still very much in its infancy stages, so we’ll let her sit for a time yet.
Anyway.
In one of my many talks with God, I asked him to take my passions and my blessings and help me define them in a way that glorifies Him. Whatever that may look like.
I asked over and over again.
And then I changed my approach and used “I’m ready” language.
I’m ready to take my passions and my blessings and use them in a way that glorifies you, Lord.
And an idea that has crossed my mind off and on for years started to form. Slowly, then with more vigor as it expanded into something that I still can’t quite fathom I’m doing.
God’s funny in that way. His timing is truly the best timing, and my Type-A heart constantly struggles with relinquishing the control, although I’m never not sorry when I do.
Maybe you can relate?
So, I started leaning into this idea more. The fear became less crippling, and I found myself excited for what it could mean for my community–the one I know and the one I’ve yet to build.
Over 15 years ago my parents took a risk hiring me to be their outside sales representative. At the time, I knew nothing about sales or how to grow a successful sales territory. But hey, they wanted to pay me to drive around and talk to people, and that sounded pretty damn awesome.
The years working for them were truly the greatest honor of my life.
I fell in love with sales. I fell in love with meeting people and hearing about their passion. I fell in love with helping those passionate people solve problems and pave new paths.
Sales became so much more than just a product to sell. It became a way for me to serve my community. To make connections that I would never have had the pleasure of making previously, and I savored every minute.
In the years since being hired by my parents, I’ve had many failures, and many successes. I’ve led sales teams, been mentored, coached new and established reps, and thrived personally and professionally with the knowledge that I was building a career where I can lead with my heart, my values, and my ethics.
I didn’t know it until recently, but those years were building what I now call The Evergreen Method.
Faith-based sales strategies that are rooted in purpose.
For from him and through him and for him are all things.
To him be the glory forever! Amen.Romans 11:36
The Evergreen Method is based on 3 building blocks: clarity, organization, and connection. And my friends, I’m ecstatic to share with you that it’s launching June 1st.
If you had told me six months ago that I would be starting a business in the midst of this wild and beautifully chaotic life season, I would have laughed at you so hard I would have cried into my coffee. But today? Today I’m beaming with excitement as I write this, because the only reason this is even happening is that God is… well, He’s him.
So, on June 1st, I’ll be officially launching my business: Nicole Bissett and The Evergreen Method.
I’m building out PDF guides around the three core building blocks to help you build or scale whatever it is that you’re chasing. Entrepreneurs, ministry workers, volunteers, team members. You’re all invited! There will also be coaching opportunities for those of you who, like me, enjoy the personal connection.
My hope and prayer is that there’s something for everyone, and that you are as blessed by what I’ve created as I have been experiencing by living and building it.
There will be more in the coming days and weeks.
I’m so excited to share what God has encouraged me to pursue.
